Nazam has over 19-years of experience specializing in IT Program Management and Solution Architecture. He has a proven implementation record of complex programs with clients of varying maturity. Nazam excels at building long lasting trust-based relationships, attention to detail and ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and requirements.

Andy has over 34-years’ experience in senior consulting and line organisation roles across Financial Services, Energy, and Retail sectors. He specialises in the leadership of strategic business and digital transformation. Andy has specific expertise in business aligned technology strategy and operating models, large scale programme oversight, and assurance of critical transformations.

Charles has over 17-years of leadership and financial services consulting experience, predominately in Banking & Global Markets.
He specialises in strategic change and transformation. He has deep expertise in regulatory change management, including IBOR Transition, Brexit, MiFID II, and Open Banking.
He has worked with Deutsche Bank, USB/CS, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and State Street.
Edward James
Public Sector Practice Head
Ed has 15 years of experience across the public and third sectors – working with schools, universities, charities, and the government – and in private sector financial services. Ed has delivered numerous projects to improve the quality of teacher training, working with universities and schools. He has worked for government on complex policy issues including being part of the fastest ever set up of a public body, Oak National Academy – the Department for Education’s ed tech champion. Ed has also led process improvement, digital transformation and regulatory compliance projects in the private sector.

Selected front office experience includes Head of UK Corporate Sales for Santander, Head of Abbey National’s trading business in Asia, Head of Capital Markets for Rabobank, before taking over as Head of Regulatory Programmes for Santander Global Corporate Banking.
